What is PWR Beatz?
PWR Beatz is a fun 45 minute HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) and functional workout set to amazing high energy music. It's broken down into three sections. Burn, Blast and Boost.
 
  • Burn is the HIIT cardio section with simple and easy to follow moves.
  • Blast is the functional, body weight resistance section that uses your body weight to give you a resistance training workout with varying levels of difficulty and intensity.
  • Boost is your core workout that works all of your core muscles and shapes and tones your body.
