What is PWR Beatz?
PWR Beatz is a fun 45 minute HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) and functional workout set to amazing high energy music. It's broken down into three sections. Burn, Blast and Boost.
Burn is the HIIT cardio section with simple and easy to follow moves.
Blast is the functional, body weight resistance section that uses your body weight to give you a resistance training workout with varying levels of difficulty and intensity.
Boost is your core workout that works all of your core muscles and shapes and tones your body.
Please note there is a minimum age of 14 for this class due to insurance purposes.
